What do you need

1. Are a resident of the United Kingdom. 
2. Are at least 18 years old; 
3. Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
4. Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number;
5. Provide a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom;
6. Be authorised to use the UK-issued credit or debit card to make the purchase

Other important information

• Clearpay is only available for Milton & King purchases online at miltonandking.com and is not available in store
• Clearpay is only available on items marked with the Clearpay logo. It is not available on gift cards, top-up cards, pre-ordered, back-ordered or waitlisted merchandise
• The funds required for your first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout
• If you wish to return your Clearpay purchase via Post, Milton & Kings’ normal returns policy applies
• If you return your Clearpay purchase in store, your purchase can not be refunded and it can only be exchanged for an alternate product or returns card to an equal or lesser value
• If a payment is due from you, but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a late payment fee will be charged.
